The law firm of Johnson & Lundgreen, P.C was founded on rock solid values and ideals. We are experienced injury lawyers, having handled more than a thousand injury claims. Our attorneys are willing to offer honest and straight answers by phone, at our Boise, Nampa Twin Falls or Fruitland office, or an attorney will come to you for a free consultation. We take cases on a contingent fee basis meaning you pay no attorney fee unless we recover money for you.

Most cases can and should settle.  We prepare every case as if it were to go to trial and usually the truth prevails and a reasonable settlement can be obtained.  However, if the insurance company will not make a fair offer, we have, and will again, take the case to trial.  Be advised that not all firms are willing to take a case to trial.

Russell L. Johnson

Recieved a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utah State University in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, BYU in 1993. He was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 1993 and the Utah Bar in 1995.

Russ won another appeal at the Supreme Court this last year.  He finds it very satisfying to preserve the rights of individuals against the might and assets of the insurance industry.

Russ has five children.  He and Rhonda are also the legal guardians of his niece.  He enjoys spending time with the family and attending and coaching many of his children’s activities.  He is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys working with his horses.

Scott Lundgreen

Recived a  Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1989 and a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University in 1993. He was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1993 and the Idaho Bar in 1997.

Scott prevailed in eight of his last nine jury trials.  He had a verdict appealed to the Supreme Court this year where the Court reduced the jury award by $21,000 but Scott still recovered $193,000 on that case.

Scott had planned on not being an injury attorney but while in law school, his wife and children were injured in an auto accident.  After getting the runaround by a major insurance company, he quickly learned that good, honest people need help in dealing with insurance companies.  His career has, and will remain committed to holding insurance companies to the promises they have made.

Scott and his wife have two children, both in college.  He enjoys almost any athletic event and still participates even though his body has been telling him it’s time to quit.
